Shipping: Standard shipping method is UPS. All orders over $250.00 are shipped "Free of Freight Charges". The $250.00 amount is based upon the total order qty. The total order amount must exceed $250.00. We can also ship via Federal Express. The "Free Freight" applies to orders processed and shipped via U.S.P.S or UPS.. Call if you have any questions, 888-30-POWER or contact customercare@batteryjack.com. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. We will confirm your order within 24 hours and advise shipping status. If we miss the confirmed date for shipment, the Freight is on us, irregardless of order amount. If shipment requires expediting, we will pay the difference between normal and expedited charges and the customer will pay standard freight, unless the order is over $250.00. Then of course, it's Free.

Free Freight applies to Two Way Radio Batteries, Camera Batteries, Scanner, Accessories, Chargers, Cordless, Cell Phone Etc.

Free Freight over 250$ DOES NOT APPLY TO Sealed Lead Acid, Alkaline or Optima Batteries.  Orders for these items need to be 1500$ Minimum. Someone from Customer Care will call you to confirm shipping charges, or you may call 888-30-POWER to obtain an exact quote.

Taxes: Illinois taxes will apply to purchases made within Illinois, unless you advise us of your State and Federal Tax Status. In this case, Tax will be credited at time of invoice.

Stock: Available stock is allocated on a 1st come, 1st served basis. If you require special stocking arrangements, just give us a call at 888-30-POWER or contact customercare@batteryjack.com. We will work with you to meet your requirements.

Labeling: All products will be supplied with the standard BatteryJack label and logo unless otherwise arranged. We can can custom label any product with your artwork. You will need to provide artwork in a jpg or gif format. Cost is $125.00 per label, minimum 3000 labels. Lead time for custom labeling is 21 to 28 days.

Dealer Labeling Program: We also offer to qualified Dealers, "Free" Black on White glossy Labeling. This includes - your Logo, along with other standard and required information on the labels. Basically - just replacing the BatteryJack Logo with your own - and in Black and White. Minimum 1 pc order. Call 888-30-POWER for more info.

Warranty: All packs are warranteed for 18 months from the date of purchase. Each pack has a significant Manufacturing date code. The date code is used for internal purposes, stock rotation and confirmation of your warranty claim. The warranty covers manufacturers defects in workmanship and battery pack performance.

The warranty does not cover spent batteries. "Spent Batteries" are packs that have served their useful purpose. Please contact Qualitycare@batteryjack.com to obtain a "Warranty Return Authorization". You will need the following Minimum information. Item Number, Quanitity, date of purchase (or best estimate), Date Code (printed on pack), General Company Information , and a description of the failure mode. We will respond within 24 hours with authorization response, Corrective Action and any other pertinent information.
